What are your rates?
Senior engineers start at competitive global rates depending on stack, seniority, and engagement length. We share a transparent rate card on the first call — no "enterprise pricing" games.
Which timezones do you cover?
Our engineers commit to minimum 4 hours of overlap with your core working hours, anywhere from PST to AEST. Timezone overlap is contractual, not aspirational.
What if an engineer is a mismatch?
We replace mismatches free of charge within the first 30 days, no questions asked. After that, the 30-day notice period applies.
What is the notice period?
Month-to-month contracts with 30-day notice in either direction. No long lock-ins, no early-termination penalties.
Who owns the IP?
You do — 100%. Work-for-hire clause from day 1, covering code, designs, documentation, and any derivative works. All repos and accounts live on your side.
Can your engineers work alongside our in-house team?
Absolutely. Staff augmentation is our most common model — our engineers report to your leads, use your tools, join your standups, and follow your process.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before the first technical conversation if you need us to. We also sign DPAs for projects involving personal data.
