Are you HIPAA / ABDM / NDHM aware?
Yes. We build with HIPAA technical safeguards and can align with India's ABDM / NDHM standards, including HPR, HFR, and consent manager integration where relevant.
Can you integrate with existing EMRs, LIS, or PACS?
We work with HL7 v2, FHIR, and DICOM, and we've integrated with EMRs and lab analyzers from multiple vendors. If a system has any integration surface, we can usually work with it.
How do you protect patient data?
Encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, audit logs on every PHI read/write, configurable data residency, and strict secrets management. Patient data never sits in our infrastructure.
Who signs off on clinical workflows?
Your clinicians. We interview doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff before designing screens and run usability sessions with them before launch.
Can you handle telemedicine regulations?
Yes. We've built telemedicine flows aligned with India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines and similar frameworks elsewhere — consent capture, prescription rules, and record retention included.
How do you handle downtime?
