SEO Built on Technical Truth, Not Tricks
We do SEO the way a search engineer would: fix the crawl, fix the render, fix the information architecture, then earn the links. No PBNs, no spun content, no keyword-stuffed blog mills, no 'we'll rank you #1 in 30 days' lies. Just the boring, compounding work that moves rankings and keeps moving them through algorithm updates.
You don't need more blog posts.
You need pages Google can trust.
Most SEO projects are wasted on content that nobody crawls, keywords nobody searches, and links from sites Google has already discounted. Meanwhile the real problems — JavaScript rendering, duplicate canonicals, a sitemap that 404s, a core-vital score in the red — sit untouched because nobody on the team knows how to fix them. We start with the plumbing, then earn the rankings.
Google can't crawl half your site
Your JS framework renders client-side, Googlebot sees an empty shell, and your category pages have been invisible for eight months. The analytics team never noticed because the homepage still ranks.
200 thin pages diluting the domain
Every freelancer you hired wrote another "Top 10" post. Now you've got hundreds of near-duplicate pages cannibalising each other, and the one good page you have is buried under the noise.
Core Web Vitals are quietly killing you
LCP is 4.8s on mobile. CLS shifts the entire layout on first paint. INP spikes on interaction. You're being out-ranked by worse content on faster sites, and nobody has connected the dots.
What You Actually Get
No vague deliverables. Here's exactly what lands in your hands.
A technical SEO fix log
Every crawl, render, canonical, redirect, hreflang and schema issue — found, prioritised, and either fixed by us or filed as dev tickets with clear acceptance criteria. No vague "fix site speed" line items.
An information architecture that makes sense
URL structure, internal linking, hub-and-spoke content model, faceted navigation rules. Designed around real search demand, not an org chart.
A content plan tied to intent
Keyword clusters mapped to the funnel stage they serve, with existing pages marked for merge, rewrite, or kill. New content briefs that writers can actually execute.
Weekly visibility + traffic reporting
Share of voice, non-branded traffic, indexation coverage, Core Web Vitals, rankings on the keywords that matter for revenue — not 10,000 long-tail vanity terms.
A Real SEO Engineering Team
Good SEO takes more than one content writer and a Semrush login. Six roles you get on every Pillai Infotech SEO engagement.
Technical SEO Engineer
Crawl budget, render-path debugging, log-file analysis, schema, hreflang, migrations. Reads server logs for fun and can tell you exactly which pages Googlebot last fetched.
Information Architect
URL taxonomy, internal linking topology, hub pages, faceted nav, pagination strategy. The person who designs the shape of the site for both users and crawlers.
Search Strategist
Keyword research that starts from business revenue, not a blog calendar. SERP intent analysis, competitor teardowns, content gap mapping. Decides what to write and — harder — what not to.
Senior SEO Writer / Editor
Humans who actually understand the topic, not prompt farmers. Briefs written against SERP reality, drafts reviewed for expertise, E-E-A-T signals baked in.
Digital PR & Link Earner
Earns links through data studies, expert commentary, and newsworthy angles. No PBNs, no "guest post" spam, no link schemes. Slow, safe, compounding.
Performance Engineer
Core Web Vitals, edge caching, image delivery, render-blocking resources, third-party script audits. The person who takes LCP from 4.8s to 1.6s without breaking the site.
You See Everything. In Real Time.
Every Pillai Infotech project comes with a dedicated client dashboard. Kanban boards, live logs, test results, meeting notes — it's all visible the moment it happens. No status-report theatre, no "we'll get back to you", no surprises at the demo. You work with us like you work with your own team.
Kanban Board, Live
Every epic, every story, every task — visible on your dashboard. Drag, comment, reprioritize. It's the same board our team works from.
Documented Everything
Every decision, spec, API contract, and architecture diagram lives in the dashboard. Searchable, versioned, linked to the tasks they shaped.
Live Logs & Test Results
Build logs, deployment logs, test suite results — streamed to your dashboard the moment they run. You never have to ask "did the build pass?"
Meetings → Tasks, Automatically
Every meeting is recorded, transcribed, and every action point is auto-converted into a tracked task assigned to the right person. Nothing gets lost between calls.
Sprint Burndown & Velocity
See exactly how much work is done, how much remains, and our velocity over time. If a sprint is slipping, you see it the same moment we do.
Comment, Approve, Decide — In-Place
Comment on any task, approve designs, sign off on specs, and raise blockers directly in the dashboard. Everything tied to the work, not buried in email threads.

A Six-Stage SEO Delivery Process
Built around the reality that SEO compounds — so the first three months are about laying foundations, not chasing rankings.
Technical + Content Audit
Full crawl, render audit, log-file analysis, content inventory, backlink review, competitor teardown. You get a prioritised fix list and a clear picture of where you actually stand.
Foundation Fixes
Crawl, render, canonical, redirect, schema, Core Web Vitals, sitemap, robots. The plumbing, fixed before we write a single new page.
Information Architecture
URL structure, hub-and-spoke model, internal linking rules, taxonomy. Sometimes a rebuild, sometimes a careful remap — always tied to real search demand.
Content Consolidation + Creation
Merge, rewrite, or kill thin content. Brief new pages against SERP reality. Publish on a schedule that matches your team's capacity, not an arbitrary "10 posts a month" quota.
Digital PR + Link Earning
Data studies, expert quotes, newsworthy assets, outreach to publications that actually exist. Slow, safe, and the kind of links that survive every core update.
Monitor, Iterate, Defend
Weekly visibility and indexation reporting. Rapid response to algorithm updates. Quarterly strategy reviews. SEO is a long game and we play it like one.
Three Ways to Engage
SEO engagements don't fit one shape. Pick the one that matches your stage.

- Scales up/down by quarter
- Best for: content-heavy brands
Honest Answers to SEO Reality Questions
The questions every smart buyer asks before signing. Here's what we tell them.
How long until we see results?
Technical fixes can move things in 2–6 weeks — we've seen indexation and CWV fixes move traffic inside a month. New content ranking usually takes 3–6 months. Competitive head terms take 9–18 months. Anyone promising page-one rankings in 30 days is selling a trick that will get you penalised.
Can you guarantee #1 rankings?
No, and neither can anyone honest. We guarantee the process: the fixes will ship, the content will match SERP intent, the links will be earned safely, and the reporting will be truthful. The rankings follow from that over 6–18 months.
Do you buy links or use PBNs?
Never. Not one link, not one PBN, not one paid placement disguised as editorial. It's how we've kept a zero-penalty track record across 200+ clients. If you want fast black-hat rankings, we're the wrong team.
What about AI-generated content?
Used carefully as a research and drafting tool, yes. Used as a replacement for expertise and editorial review, no. Google's guidance is clear: content quality matters, not authorship. Our briefs and editorial review are the same whether the draft started in a human or a model.
How do you handle JavaScript frameworks?
With care. We audit render paths in real crawls (not just simulators), recommend SSR or static generation where it matters, and work with your dev team on hybrid strategies. Most "our JS framework is killing SEO" problems are fixable in one sprint.
What if we're migrating platforms or domains?
Migrations are one of our specialties. Redirect maps, parity audits, staging crawls, post-launch monitoring, rollback plans. We've done migrations on sites with 500k+ URLs without losing traffic. Get us in before you pick a launch date, not after.
Do you do local SEO and Google Business Profile?
Yes, especially for multi-location brands. GBP at scale, location pages, review acquisition, local schema, NAP consistency audits. For single-location small businesses, a retainer is usually overkill — we'll tell you so.
How do we rank in AI overviews and answer engines?
Same fundamentals as classic SEO — topical authority, clean structured data, clear entity signals, sources that actually deserve to be cited. Plus some new work: answer-shaped content, schema for RAG retrieval, brand mentions across the web. It's not a separate discipline, it's an evolution.
What's your reporting cadence?
Weekly dashboard for visibility, traffic, indexation and CWV. Monthly written review with what we did, what moved, and what's next. Quarterly business review tied to revenue. No 40-tab spreadsheets, no vanity keyword screenshots.
Can you work alongside our existing marketing team?
Yes, often. We're frequently brought in as the technical and strategy layer on top of an in-house content team, or as the content + links layer on top of an in-house dev team. We're not precious about org charts.
